Purchasing new devices for your business can be an expensive process, so when it comes time to replace those devices you need to make sure your outgoing equipment is still working for you.

So what does that mean? recycling used to mean paying someone to collect your old equipment and never seeing any return. However, many devices that are fully functional still may retain some residual value, even when they have reached the end of their lives with your business.

If there is value left in your devices, we will help you find it. In many cases we can provide an upfront estimate of value, we then collect your devices free of charge and test each asset in our facility in Shroshire.

Once tested, we confirm the valuation and when approved, each asset is passed through GDPR compliant data destruction with certification issued, together with your asset value payment and report.

Evaluate
We'll talk to you about your recycling needs and provide you with a pre-collection evaluation from your provided asset list. Valuations are based on the specifications of your devices and the suggested condition.

Collect & Test
Once the pre-collection evaluation is accepted we arrange for one of our collections team to collect your devices for FREE. Everything is then tested through industry leading diagnostic software and a confirmation of the value sent with a full asset report.

Rebate Payment
Once the valuation is accepted we process all equipmenmt through GDPR compliant data destruction and request an invoice from your accounts team for the value which is scheduled for payment. Alternatively, we can retain the value to offset against refurbished devices purchased from us.
